Perfect local spot for those who love beautiful views and good food. We adore the zupa ogórkowa and seafood dishes, among other... options. Gluten free and other allergies can be accommodated here, staff is very willing to check with BOH. We always doreservations, especially for the porch overlooking Deep Lake but you can call to check if it's needed. It's got a charmingEuropean appeal. Hubby proposed on the back porch and we celebrate Homecoming, birthdays, and other family events here. Read more

The Polish Platter is so good! We also tried the liver which was good too. It fills up quickly right when they open. The crowd... is mostly older adults and senior citizens but they welcome all from what I saw. We had 2 younger kids and we had no issue. Kidsmeals come with ice cream and a drink. Read more

We saw this place had a really nice patio overlooking the lake, but found out when we got there they only allow patio seating... with a reservation. That was a bummer. The food was really good. The environment's cool. The server stopped for a moment playedaccordions and polka music for a song.LOL. They had live music, with a singer who was really good. Their menu is diverse, andthey have a Polish menu specialty. I had the Polish sampler platter, it was fantastic. To my surprise, the pierogies were thebest thing on the plate. I loved them. My wife had the alfredo chicken, she said the chicken had wonderful flavor, but thepasta was a bit blah. Overall the food was good, the environment is cool. Will be back. Read more

The location is amazing, building has interesting decor. The main cook/owner Jack has a very positive and fun character to him.... When we arrived the hostess must have had a bad day or something because it really showed, cold and unfriendly. Rest of staffwas fine. Bread delivered to the table was at least a day old. I ordered the rainbow trout. The portion was rather small, onesmall fillet, usually polish tradition is to serve whole fish as rainbow trouts are not big in first place. Fish had a extremefishy taste to it, which means it was already few days old and you could have tasted it that it wasn't overly fresh. The sauceused on the trout was some strange almost based sauce. Location of the restaurant is the selling point... Rest needs a lot ofimprovement. Best of luck to Jack, wish him the best. Read more

This has been at least the 7th birthday dinner with family. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. Never disappoints whether... service or food. Thanks for another great year! Can’t go wrong with the Polish platter or pickle soup. Read more
