Menu for Brendys Yogurt & Ice Cream in Lake Worth, FL

Would give no stars if I could. Google says the place is open, times on the door says the place is open, lights are on, but door... is locked, and phone is not answering. There is a handwritten note on the door that says "Opens at 5pm today" We waited AFTER5pm for 20+ minutes, and there are plenty of people here who were waiting before us - still no-show. There is a line outside offamilies with kids, including us, waiting for ice cream. This is a completely unacceptable way to run a business. If you are notplanning on being open during your posted business hours, and not even planning on being on time for your handwritten note, thendon't post wrong hours, and let people go elsewhere. If it wasn't for my kid really wanting ice cream, I would have definitelyimmediately left. We DID wind up leaving, and drove by the place around 5:40pm, and saw that it JUST opened - 1 hour and 40minutes AFTER the time posted online. I am DEFINITELY never coming back here. First and last time. I don't care how good or badthe ice cream is - for an owner who cares this little about their customers, especially considering most of his customers arekids, they doesn't deserve anyone's business. It seems like this place was bought by a new owner and left up the EASTER decorations into August. The scooped ice cream looked... "old". Tried the one that looked "new", it was freezer burned and not great. Read more

This was our first time, and our last time getting ice cream here. (Zero stars) I ordered a hot fudge sundae with chocolate chip... ice cream. The ice cream was very mushy with no real ice cream taste and the hot fudge was Not hot fudge it was some type ofcheap chocolate sauce. My wife ordered an espresso chip cone, the ice cream lacks any quality ice cream taste. We instantlyregretted wasting our time and money going here. We wanted to try some place different, but we should have went to koboscos onforest hill blvd. Koboscos ice cream and hot fudge sundaes are tremendously better. Just like many others we were stunned that the owner of this business doesn't seem to care a bit about the people who travel... here to find out the posted hours of operation are completely false and are not to be trusted. We had promised 2 elderlyrelatives who were both recovering from hospital stays that we'd bring them a frozen yogurt treat. The website said they'd openat 4pm (Sunday) so we waited an extra 35 minutes to no avail. During that time about 25 people came by and after a short waitleft disappointed. Imagine the amount of business being lost in addition to the loss of good will! Warning: their website stillsays they open at 11am during the week but a small sign on the door says they open at 2:30.
