Rude staff. Took the guys coupon in front of us in line, walked off for over 10 minutes and never took his order. Then talked... down to the customer. Everything in our order was made incorrectly and absolutely gross. Soda machine was down and they stillkept giving guests cups even though it was clear that we couldn't get our own beverages. Complete lack of leadership, commonsense and sense of urgency. No music, staff didn't communicate all. Was absolutely awkward. Will never to this location. Maynever return to a BK again.
