Went through the drive-thru yesterday on the way to work. Took one look at the coffee and knew it was wrong. I just didn?t have... it in me to argue, so I took it and headed to work. To my surprise it was perfect. Like no other Dunkin employee has ever made amore perfect cup of coffee. Not sure if it was the young lady that took the order or the young man that handed it to me. I ordered some food with my regular coffee online, through the app. When I showed up, the coffee was ready but the girl said... they are out of the croissant stuffers I ordered. I asked to be refunded. She asked the "manager". The manager told me that"unfortunately" he can't do anything because it is an online order. I have to ask online.
