The self-serve drink station and the self order kiosks are open. You can get your own soda, ice and water, without waiting. ... They've covered up the electrical outlets so you can no longer charge your phone here. If you order on the mobile app, they areextremely fast. The music is jacked up. You haven't heard Julian Lennon or Eric Clapton like this before. For instance, thesong is Chris Isaak singing "I never dreamed that I'd love somebody like you", but it skips beats here and there so it says "Inever loved somebody like you.". This location used to have great service but something has changed. My last two visits before work took forever. The last time... there was no coffee made. It was not very busy when i arrived at about 7:45am. After waiting in the drive thru for way too longi was asked to pull forward. After another 10 minutes I called inside and asked for a manager. After putting me on hold shefinally came back and told me she would tell them to hurry but they had to make a new pot. 20 minutes later I got my coffee.This location used to be great.
