Inside was so disgusting. Manager didn?t like that I asked her to clean a table for us. There was 1 family dining in and we... walked to each table and all of them were dirty. The whole time we were there, no one came out to clean any tables. One workerwas leaning on the cook area counter on her phone.. instead of cleaning tables. Floor hasn?t been cleaned in days. The ice creammachine was broke, the frozen Minute Maid machine was broke. Another customer came in and she tried ordering the #5 and themanager told her they were out. She tried to order something else and was told they were out. She said we?re leaving and stormedout. I stood at the counter to get a mayonnaise packet and had the manager and 2 workers look at me and keep passing by withouthelping me so I had to ask them out loud. This place needs to get examined, because I bet there is no cleaning happening in thekitchen or the bathrooms either. Read more
Staff was very inconsistent and clueless to customer service. How do you say to a customer,"they should have said mustard ONLY"... how bout you say "do you want mustard instead of mayo" if I don't say add mustard or I want mustard and mayo??????????? Then Iasked for unsweet tea. After not receiving the tea I said never mind just give me the cups I'll have Gatorade. He comes backwith the tea??????????? WORST Burger King EVER!!!! No one really visits this location & a quick stop will quickly tell you why. The workers are... non-existent, lazy, empty-headed & incredibly slow. The only positive is that your food (that you?ve probably waited 20 minsfor) is cooked fresh & hot. Doors were locked, all lights were... on, employee was sitting on the counter where food is placed and had her young kids running around behind the counter where foodis made. No sign indicating early closure. When I tried the door, they all whipped their heads around to stare at me, a mix of"Oh no, someone's here?" and "How dare someone bother me at my job?" but didn't say anything or move. Drive thru closing time isstated to be 12am but after waiting for several minutes and yelling into the monitor asking if they were open, I left. Around9:45pm, the employee had her coat on and left with the kids, leaving all lights on and the building unoccupied. Horribly runlocation, that employee should not have a job.
