Nice staff. Having a good time and open to interacting. Ordered a flight. Bourbon was the highlight for me, but it?s best for... a sweet pallet. The rye had a nice spice note, but had a sweet finish. The gins were interesting with an Oaked old Tom and aspicy take on a genever. For my Personal taste, The rum and vodka didn?t work for me, but I generally don?t like grain vodkasunless the flavor is really stripped. Ordered a pecan old fashioned to try the bourbon in a sweet cocktail. It wasn?t myfavorite, but it was ok. Feel like the spirits could use a little more time on oak, with a larger barrel format BUT you can?tgive 4.5 stars and they are doing much better than 4 in service and spirits so 5 it is. Read more
