Went through the drive-thru Thursday ordered a burger onion rings and chicken fingers waited about 12 minutes Burger was super... cold as well as the onion rings they look like they had been there for a day or something I mean if they have to cook thechicken why not wait to cook the other stuff that was just awful I won't be going back to that particular Culver's in LakeZurich Read more
So disappointed with this place now. We've been coming here for years on Sunday and for the past few months the service is... minimal, the tables and service areas are not clean and staff is typically standing around. There doesn't seem to be the highlevel of friendly service and clean environment that we've been used to. Not sure if we'll continue to come. Read more
