Celebrated our anniversary at B&J Bistro, absolutely the best French cuisine from chef Masato. Ask Stephen (the owner) for wine... selection, you cannot go wrong with his advice. To add more of the effect of surprise to our reservation, I asked forfive-course meal chef testing choice. It was amazing adventure and real pleasure to meet the chef in person and listen to hisstory for each dish he served. An excellent French Bistro. You can expect traditional French Bistro menu items at D&J Bistro in generous American portion... size. We been here a few times and always leave happy and satisfying. Good selection of by the glass wine/cocktail menu andseasonal menu items. My husband and I ordered the escargot, steak frites and bouillabaisse this time and everything wasdelicious. We will be back when they start serving pan seared foie gras in the winter. Read more
