Great experience. Large carryout mobile order. Took just over a minute per person if i had to estimate. Everything was correct.... And tasted good. Staff even offered to help carry the items out. It wasn't busy so that may have had something to do with it butstill a good job! Read more
Overall, tastes like all the other Jimmy John's there are. Customer service is awful. Tall guy at the register is very short... with you and talks way too fast to understand. Girl that made my sandwich looked like she was on drugs; her eyes were rollingback, she was swaying, she couldn't grab a sticker and my sandwich is wrapped messier than it usually is. If you're looking forgood customer service, which should be a top priority with your food, go somewhere else. Read more

7:53 and the doors are already locked. Stores supposed to close at 8pm not earlier not later. What a service.

Pregnant and can?t stomach much more than sandwiches. I?ve been ordering from here a lot and the food quality and customer... service are poor. The icing on the cake is I have gotten my turkey sandwich with no turkey on it twice. I actually don?tunderstand how someone can make a turkey sandwich without turkey and not realize they may be forgetting something. The last timethey messed it up, I called and told the employee there was no turkey on my sandwich. He said, ?Are you sure? Because I madeit.? I have no clue what him making my cucumber and cheese sandwich had to do with anything, but it turns out despite him havingmade it, there was still no turkey on it.
