Best Lous in the Northwest burbs... and believe me I've eaten at all of them. This on you can't dine in, but it's easily the... most consistent when it comes to the pizza. Big fan! Read more
Wouldn?t let me use the bathroom when I really needed to. I?ve spend over 1000$ with this location over the years for carry out... and delivery. I went for a carry out order and asked to use the restroom. Offered the manager to walk behind him to the restroomand was denied. As a business owner myself this is unreasonable and unacceptable. Needles to say even though I live in HawthornWoods this is my last transaction and most unfortunate with Lou malanatis lake Zurich. Buffalo grove will have my business fromnow on even if I have to pick it up. I suggest hiring a new manager that knows how to be reasonable to GOOD customers. Read more
