Went to this location to get a Dark Roast at 9:40. The young lad said he didn?t have any on. I explained I could wait. He told... me they were closing in 20 min and would not put a pot on. I contacted their corporate office and was told the franchise wouldcontact me. Still no call. What bothers me the most is Tim Hortons is a coffee shop. This is terrible customer service. First off all, the owner of this tims is also the owner of bridgenorth, owners are a complete ducking JOKE with no respect for... "some" of their hard working employees, second of all how the duck do they think they can jack their prices up once again butcan't serve a qaulity coffee twice in a row! Everytime its somthing else coffee is shiet or food ducked, the owners andemployees need to get there heads out of their phones and get their shiet together, this is beyond owners and needs to beadressed by a tim hortons regoinal representative!
