We went for a dozen donuts and there were just a few types to choose from but because it was 3pm I understood. But when I tried... to get the girl to help us I don't think she wanted to be there. She seemed highly aggravated that I wanted her to get us somedonuts. I asked if they had any other choices in the back and she responded sarcastically that if she did, didn't I think she'dhave them out there??? I was flabbergasted. So My wife told her to give her 1 chocolate glazed for me and the rest jelly andmaple glazed. We paid and left. When we got home and everyone got their donuts they were old tasting and the chocolate glazedwas hard like it was stale. Between the not good donuts and the horrible experience after 40+ years of Dunkin donuts I may haveto rethink our dessert items. Read more
CARD SKIMMING @ Dunkin on 98 north (5614 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland, FL 33809), just thought I would let everyone know to stay away... from this place or watch them carefully. I picked up my grandkids this morning and about 8:30am we went through the drivethough, the cashier disappeared with my card which I though was odd but since the kids were with me I didn't dwell on it. At4pm I received a notification from my bank that someone at a 7-11 in Orlando tried to get $200 from my account, good thing mycredit union is on the ball and killed the card before any money was taken. Shut this location Down please. I bought the pesto tomato breakfast and the Matcha Latte w/almond milk. I felt like they made it... all in the restroom as far as quality. Food was over microwaved and the Matcha Iced Latte was lumpy and tasted like black tea.Returned the food next morning and still was a wasted trip back. Terrible staff.1 less Dunkin Donuts is ok. I have been here several times and like every baskin robbins I go to and get a shake from, I order large shake with 3 flavors of... ice cream. Usually 4 scoops total. Never been a problem. Today I stop by to get my usual 3 flavored shake and the girl tells meher manager said she has to charge me $3 extra (on top of the $7 medium shake for) because I'm getting different flavors in theshake. I asked her why the price difference between 4 scoops of one flavor or 4 different ones? She didn't know other than itwas what her manager said. So I said a $7 dollar medium shake becomes a $10 dollar medium shake. This makes zero sense Mr. Ownerand Ms manager. You lost a sale, customer and made your employees look bad. Read more
