I visited today with some friends this new place in Lakeland. The food was well seasoned and delicious. The staff was very... attentive and delivered our food at the table really quick. This place is always super busy, and it's for good reason. LoveBird makes great chicken, end statement. If you go you should... expect to stand in a line that might wrap around the front corner, and you should be happy to. The employees do a great job ofmaintaining the speed of the line all while maintaining the integrity of the food. Everything comes out piping hot anddelicious. We got here before it's closed on a weekday. We try the 1 piece thigh with fries, Mac & cheese. It's a fast service. The medium... spiciness is not that spicy at all. It's not enough kick. We only taste the seasoning rubbing on the outside. The meat is moist& tender & tasty. Don't forget their lovebird sauce. It is a bomb. I believe there's garlic puree mixed inside that secretsauce; which explains why it gives a unique taste. I love the sauce. I'd recommend order Mac & cheese. It's delicious. This place was recommended to me as my 15 year old daughter is EXTREMELY picky. Literally less than 5 places she has food she... likes. I had The G.O.A.T. and she had the Perfect Chicken Tenders with double fries. My daughter said ?best chicken tendersever?. This was hands down the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Definitely not Nashville hot chicken. I?m from Nashville and this is nothing compared to the real deal. There was no heat the... tenders were actually sweet. I will say as soon as I paid they had my order ready (which won?t happen in Nashville). Even thebread wasn?t good. Maybe the no heat tenders would be better but trying to be Nashville hot is a fail. Fries had a little toomuch season salt on them. Cool looking spot. If you can?t handle heat or don?t care for heat the tenders were juicy.
