Papa John?s; ?Aaron,? yest, the manager at this Papa John?s location in the late aft, took my order over the phone andeverything worked so well! The pizzas were ready quickly, too, for me to pick up. Had our pizza delivered like this. "Store Manager" stated she couldn't issue a refund and only store credit because everything... we ordered was " in the box". Pizza isn't even edible. Ordered a pizza Friday night; turns out, it got delivered to the wrong address because they source out delivery to Doordash and... they had my wrong apartment number, their driver carelessly dropped it at the front door of some random apartment, didn't callme at all when no one was there, didn't text me to check when nobody was home, as a Papa John's driver would. The entire reasonI pay the ludacris delivery fee on top of tip is to ensure that a person who actually worked for the company delivers it. My babygirl ordered a pizza tonight. 1st time going with papa johns and most definitely the last. Pizza price....$10.....Pizza... size....6inches.....plain no toppings. Delivery fee is more than half the pizza price. Called to see why the pizza was so smalland the price was so BIG..... Employee was very rude and said ypu get what you pay for. Ordered online, 15-24 mins. Perfect, I'm 15 mins away. Got back home, the pizza and the cheese sticks crusts were both burnt and... the order was cold. I thought they seemed to be on the cooler side when she handed them to me at the store.
