I have been going here quite awhile and today is first time I'm totally dissatisfied with the service. Asked for footlong pros... and was charged for them but not what I recieve from the other employees. Asked for toasted and bread was still cold. Asked forextra mayo and hardly was none. Their recent remodel looks so more streamlined and brighter. Food order was made faster n efficient too
I know they are ready to go but locking the door 15-20 mins early when your sign says you close at 10pm is not cool.. I also... tried calling a couple times before that and no answer so that would have been 30 early they locked up.. Read more
Very disappointed with the male employee that worked Saturday Night & with Manager Justine, she obviously don't return phone... calls & they don't answer the phone very often, your lucky if they answer.The employee that worked Saturday night NEVER made mysubs that I ordered online Sat.He is rude.
