We read the great reviews and decided to meet family there for lunch. We were looking forward to trying it; however, we were... extremely disappointed in our experience from start to finish. We had a disabled person in our party and asked multiple times topass by. The hostess called her name, tapped her shoulder and asked her move a few times as well and the lady just ignored us.Our serve was nice. Good portions. Food tasted okay. They charged us a gratuity, even though 3 of the 9 people in our party werechildren. We were expecting a $35-40 bill....our family of 3 was charged $56!!! Two items that were incorrectly charged to ourtab and they added $8 in gratuity. Floors were dirty, rude employees, and overpriced food. This place doesn't hold a candle toDona Julia's! Just a great restaurant in general! They have generous portions of fabulous Hispanic cuisine. But if you want to stay inside... your shell, try the chicken and cheese nachos (see picture)! One contains thetraditional salsa and the other contains a sauce made up from a combination of crushed peppers that allows you to provide yourown heat. The best part is they provide small bowls for everyone to mix their own. The extensive menu offers all the traditionalMexican dishes as well as lunch specials.
