Very disappointed. I called in an order, they gave me a 15min pickup time and a price of 3x the online prices.... Took me 20mins... to get there and the guy at the counter didn't even start my order and was confused when I gave him my orders name. He said hehadn't started it yet and it would be 15mins. He was talking to a friend when we walked in and I can only assume that is what hewas doing the entire time I was driving over there from Lucerne.
