Beautiful restaurant with nice seating and very clean. Loves the local fresh bread where donations went to charity! What a great... thought. Had wild mushroom crostini for an appetizer as well, it's small and would need 2 for a family of 4. Tried 2 of theirspecials the homemade linguini with clams and the king salmon dish both were good, but the halibut was by far the best maincourse! While on vacation, we stumbled across this restaurant, and couldn't be happier! The Mahi-Mahi was some of the best I've ever... tasted. We felt like we were at a 5-star "city" restaurant with the quality of the food, the service that was provided and theoverall atmosphere. The Bonus? A local gem and our go-to place for special occasions and treating ourselves. My current favorites are risotto and halibut.... Excellent choice of steaks, appetizers and salads, too. Portions are just right. Good wine list. Staff is knowledgeable and veryfriendly. The owner is there and works hard to keep everything just so. Before Beargrass, we went to Kalispell, Whitefish orBig Fork for premium dining. Not necessary now. We're grateful to have an up-scale restaurant in our small community. Read more
