Oof. The Shores Club restaurant shouldn't even pretend to be open... They don't answer the phone. They aren't open during posted... hours. Long waits and untrained service when they are open. It's such a shame because this would be a good (well, at least superconvenient) location for a well-run restaurant. Read more
Terrible. Bar was understaffed and not trained for a busy night. I don't blame the staff, I blame management. we left and went... to the tiki bar outside and it had 1 guy working for over 100 people. They can't get out of their own way. Read more
It was a slow Sunday afternoon at the Shores Club today. We got right in without a wait and sat down where we waited about 13... minutes until a waitress came over. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Nearly a half hour later, the drinks came out (minus 2 ofthem they forgot). Then immediately after, the appetizers came out. We had to ask three times where our drinks were and we weretold ?they?re being made? when we can literally see the bartenders standing there doing nothing at all. The food finally cameout a while later and the young man that brought us the food was the best worker we met today. Asking for dressings was likepulling teeth and finally after 4 times we got our dressing. Sadly, our group agreed that the membership cost to belong to BayPoint is just not worth it anymore. Better food for better prices elsewhere on the water. I would expect the service we receivedtoday from some dump in the ghetto not next to multi-million dollar homes on beautiful Lake Erie. Read more
