Update: received a call from restaurant Reg Mgr and an offer to comp the meal with a gift card which I found very acceptable.... They went so far as to cook an Impossible burger and verified the issue to correct the problem. . They went out of their way tomake it right so I'm changing this review to a 4. Thank you for the customer service and care Michael. Food Picked up and takenaway to dine. Paid 24.00 for a plant based squash burger with all the fixings and fries. Not sure what this protein is exactlybut it was NOT COOKED and cheese had congealed. It's like they put cheese on an uncooked patty and had it under a heat lamp. Had to take the patty off to eat it the rest without the protein but worst veggie burger ever. Not sure how a burger goes outthe door and the patty is not even cooked. Only thing that was cooked were the fries. I'm sure we will just get a response of"please give us another try" based on their responses to bad reviews but that was a lot of money to pay for a bun with somelettuce and veggies on it. Read more
First time there. I was very impressed with the prices, and the chicken sandwiches. The pizza oven they have, makes a crust that... might be the best in Lakeville. My brother is die hard for their tots. ??But the star of the show, was our server that tookgreat care of us (with the help of other great runners), all while in a boot due to a foot injury!?? Very busy place, which is a good thing. It's bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Seated right away and our server Tori... was there immediately with a huge smile. Food was ok. Wife's burger was delicious. The tots my wife ordered tasted good, just not $4 good. They had ham and cheese in... them. My tuna bowl was disappointing. Expected a few oz of tuna for what I paid. Razor thin slices that maybe made up an ozof tuna. Before ordering the Tuna Bowl, asked about shrimp tacos and specifically whether I could pay for a 4th. Was told no,simply because the holders used only held 3. Last time I checked, if a customer wants to pay more for a meal, that's a goodthing. Service was otherwise good. I would not specifically go back to the Northern Taphouse, but I also wouldn't avoid it ifsomeone else wanted to go there. Read more
