Was very disappointed with my service. Ordered a toasted sub that was clearly not toasted properly/all the way. When i got home... to eat it was cold. Not to mention unfriendly customer service from the employee. There were 2 other customers behind me as hewas working by himself had he slowed down and made the sandwiches properly and pleasantly im sure we would have all understoodinstead of recieving something sloppy, not correct or cold! My second door dash order came incorrectly. (This is not DD's fault, but rather the fault of Subway) who...decided my ham sub... could only have one piece of ham. One piece. For the entire sub. I was in on 9/13/22 in the evening. There was one young lady working, and an obvious off duty employee and his buddies being... loud and obnoxious, grabbing drink cups and helping themselves. In and out of the restaurant to refill, run behind the counter,yell some more, go sit in parking lot and repeat 2 more times. Decided to give them another shot today after poor service and product last time. I ended up challenging the amount of chicken... on the sub and she said that's two scoops. When in reality it was a scoop and 1/4 as I witnessed, and as you can tell by thepicture. Right side has the right amount and the left side barly any. I paid for it as is anyway, worker wrapped it, didn't putin a bag, no napkins, have a good day, and walked away. Last time going to this franchise. Farmington subway is way better. Read more
