Very dirty establishment. There were 4 empty tables that were filthy and people waiting to be seated. Nobody greeted us when we... walked in. Let alone greeted us when we sat down at the bar area. Waited 15 minutes since nobody came to our table we decided totake our business elsewhere. This place needs alot of work. Read more
Regret not going to the Carson location because that one is definitely a better one. Worst location ever , was there yesterday... and it happened to me and another family that was there ? we went to go get seated and the table wasn?t even clean . The drinksfrom the bar that were ordered were the worst I ever had , and our server only about twice she came to see if we needed anything. I definitely don?t recommend coming here , Carson is better off . Read more
With a completely empty dining room, we waited 30 minutes to be seated. We waited another 30 minutes to have the staff come for... our order. Our food was brought out one plate at a time all arriving over a 20 minute time frame, and the appetizer ordered camelast. All of the food was cold when served and the fries were so hard they were inedible. When brought to the attention ofstaff, they had an attitude and said they would discount the food by 10%. Ordered an online at 10:39pm order for pickup to avoid seating cause we know Friday nights can be crazy. The ready time said... 11pm. Arrived at 10:56pm. The server/host kept assuring us (about 3 times) that our order was on the way only to find out ourorder never registered into their system. He then offered us drinks to maintain some ease with us...only to find out no to gocups. So not only did he kept lying about checking on our order we waited nearly an hr. I would appreciate honesty and properacknowledgement for compensation but none of that was given. Read more
