Came in for dinner today and had to wait 20 mins to get to the front to order. Keep in mind there was only 5 people ahead of me.... Of course to no surprise when I was ready to order the meat that I wanted was not available. Associates were just chit chattingaway and no sense of urgency. I really want to rate this place higher. The food is great, but they really struggle with getting people through the line. The... staff is nice enough, but the process needs to improve so that they can assemble orders quicker both in person and for pickup. Read more
This place has really gotten busy .. food is good . Pollo Asado is ???? .. what I can say is be prepared for very long lines .... Your lucky if you get there and it?s not busy . As this is the only location out this way . If your ordering online thru the app, I would order early and wait 20 minutes or so before going to pick it up . The line for pick up was way long as well . It?sbest to wait if your not in a hurry to eat . Could be that they are under staffed and don?t have enough people working to takeon all the people that come here . And some customers don?t have the best attitude and that could be attributed to long waits .And make sure they got all your stuff in the bag . They?ve forgotten a few items of mine . Food was good but not anymore. Overpriced and not worth it. It sucks they burn my grilled chicken tacos and have horrible... customer service. They give you attitude when they mess up your order.
