I just hate the idea they don't have a barcode on the recit for the points ???? el pollo loco has it ,burger King has it... ,yoshinoya has it and including chuck e cheese has the barcode on the recite like when r u guys are gonna add it. Poor service by Carlos. I ordered fries for my daughter. Sat at the pick up window for about 8 to 10 mins. No one at the window,... I am thinking what happen. I ser my fries sitting there waiting foe someone to hand them to me. Finally, Carlos comes to thewindow and I said, I been waiting a very long time, and I am sure my fries are cold by now. Carlos response "you not the onlycustomer ". I said "I am at this window". May I speak to your manager, he said oh I shouldn't have said that, I said may I speakthe manager She came, I told her what happen. she apologized. I contact left a message on the number foe complaints 3 times, noresponse. I saw the manager at a meeting and told him what happen, he took notes, still no response. Poor customer service.
