For as many food reviews as I have done, this was my first time at a Chili's. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality / flavor... of the food. I wouldn't suggest getting ribs here but everything else was great. Read more
I worked for a tour production & we needed a $1200 order for all the tour buses. They provided excellent customer service... throughout the entire experience & when I came to pick up & the kitchen was a tad backed up with my order even the people thatcame in to get their orders were helped in a quick manner with how busy they were & even under pressure with some customerscomplaining & a negative attitude the manager Lestat kept a professional demeanor & provided the customers food in a timelymanner due to the circumstances. Me and a friend ate at this location tonight, and everything from the food to the service was atrocious. The waitress claimed to... forget getting me specific items, specifically refills of Coke and barbecue sauce. Then, the quality of the food was awful. Thebarbecue brisket burger sandwich had no barbecue sauce on it, the fries were greasy. The broccoli wasn't fresh, plus my friendwas given corn on the cob, which she didn't ask for, plus the server forgot my friend's loaded mashed potatoes. The server waswilling to give my friend a $6 discount for the error, but she was unwilling to correct the error with the barbecue brisketsandwich. I then requested to speak to the manager. Finally, the manager and my friend, and I agreed to a resolution, and I hadthe chicken strips as a replacement for the barbecue brisket. Then, while I was eating, the women behind me were so loud that itwas ridiculous! When I finally got the chicken strips, they were greasy.
