Went there today at 3:00 PM no other customers in the store and ordered a gotta love it size. Didn?t appear staff was trained as... after i ordered the girl had someone else ring me in. Wanted to use my rewards so she rang it in wrong. Was busy watching whatthe cashier was doing and the girl mixing my ice cream added the wrong mixin. Asked when she handed it to me if she put thetoasted coconut in and she said yes. Got home and not toasted coconut, regular coconut. Think they need more training! Read more

I was looking for a specific Minnie mouse topper for my daughter's birthday cake. I called three cold stones. None of them had... it, but this was the only store the offered to order it!
