Inconsistent food quality and quality of service. In my last 2 visits, 1. I paid for an extra patty that I didn't get, 2. The... spoon bender couldn't bend a spoon if it tried, I needed a straw to DRINK it, it was like soup! I've enjoyed Good Times in thepast, but service and quality are hit and miss. Also, please find a better way to serve a mushroom swiss burger than a soggymess in a piece of foil with mushrooms, melted cheese and grease going everywhere. I love this place! I went in just a little bit ago. Jessica, who rung me up and made my banana milk shakes (if you like banana,... you have try these!) was so friendly and welcoming. I ordered a couple items. One item got missed (my bad for not doublechecking my bag) which wasn't a big deal. I did call to get that dealt with and Dave (I believe was his name) was super friendlyand helpful. By far, this location is the best I have been to and the best fast food in the area. 10 out of 10 would recommendto anyone. Read more
