The prime rib was unanimously voted okay by all four in our party. The service was good and fast. All of our dishes came out... with the wrong sides which dropped my rating down a star. The supervisor or manager on duty dropped off a plate of vegetablesand fruit for our young child before the meal without asking which was really thoughtful! Read more
They had some challenges but overall it was serviceable. It’s definitely a chain, but a nice one. Our server was friendly, and... he helped explain the different choices. He also did a good job getting our martini orders just right (a weird quirk is that wehad them served in normal glasses since they ran out of martini glasses. They still tasted great). My steak was nicely cookedand had good flavor. The cauliflower mash didn’t have much flavor, but it was lighter than getting a potato. The veggies werea nice addition, too. Steak cooked incorrectly twice: My fiancé and I were really looking forward to eating here. We were visiting Colorado and spent... a good bit of time looking for a steak restaurant. This place looked great! The beginning of the meal was really good. Nicewine. Nice service. Things unfortunately went south when the entree’s arrived. I had ordered my steak medium but it came outwell done. Listen not a big deal it happens. While i really don’t like sending meat back, they took it back immediately to getit right. Unfortunately the re-prep of the meal took 15-20 min. (at least as long as I Waited for it to arrive in the firstplace) The manager came by to say that he was going to buy us dessert. While he was trying to be nice, this didn’t reallymake me feel better about the LONG wait for the recook. When the second steak finally came back the steak was medium on the endsbut in the middle was very rare (see photo). At this point the waitress said she would take it back and try again but I was sohungry and frustrated at that point that I said that wouldn’t be necessary. She said she would talk to the manager. He offeredto pay for my steak. While a decent gesture the whole meal was ruined by this point and took 1hr longer than it should have.When you go to a steakhouse you want the steak cooked correctly.
