Waitresses are rude. Bad service. Asked for a high chair for my son and had to wait 20 mins to get one.
Worst service I have ever received. Food was bland no flavor. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Foul.
1. They have some tasty food but sometimes it isn't as great bc they don't know how to make it. The last time my grandmother... ordered champurrado and they gave her CHOCOLATE MILK. 2. We ordered delivery food today at 4:50 and it's 7:35 right now but itstill hasn't gotten here. We called at 6:10 and they said that it was on their way. Called again at 7:00 and they said in 8minutes so we gave up and are driving there to pick up the food instead. 3. The last time we ordered tortas, what we got was asoggy and squishy torta. Let me just say that we ordered in person and picked it up in person. 4. Overall I like a couple offoods they have to offer but what I get in return isn't up to my expectations or even the delivery that took over two hours,utterly unacceptable. Read more
I'm highly annoyed right now. The last time we ate from this place, it was really good. So I reordered what I pretty much got... last time. The caldo de Camaron not only wasn't full (it was like an 1 1/2- 2 in from the top...last time it was full....), Itliterally had no flavor. It was soooo bland. I am so upset I drove 2 hours for this food for it to taste like it wasn't evenseasoned. So SO upset. Why wasn't it filled either? The other thing is, last time they were tortillas de Mano (handmadetortillas), this time they were some store brand. Ugh. Why change it up so much?? I would expect a $16 soup to be fresh handmadetortillas like last time. That was so disappointing to me. Idk if they switched cooks or were having a lazy day, but this isunacceptable to go so much from one extreme to another. Not only that, I spent $120!! Plus the long drive for really highexpectations. I don't think I'll make the drive anymore and I surely won't be recommending them anymore. Whoever your cook whomade this was, wasn't very good. Read more
