I would give this place a 3.5 if I could. the worker was polite yet very quiet, and just kind of just... disappeared after helping us (understandable probably has more work to do). Our cookies were decently warm but their ice creamscoops were definitely lacking. They are a more pricey place so that kind of sets the standards higher there. Overall it was analright experience. Cookies are awesome, but customer service is not. It?s not that the employees are rude it?s their system. I ordered and... purchased cookies 30 mins before arriving yet still had to wait in a room full of people ordering for over 15 mins despite thefact that I paid already.
