I come here almost daily and I love not only Dutch bros, but this location specifically. The people who work here are genuinely... all so kind. My drinks are usually amazing. Sure, sometimes they can be off - a little bitter, too sweet, etc. But that happensat every coffee shop, and this location is the most consistent. Overall the quality is great and even on the "worst" day, it'smiles better than Starbucks. I love the variety and the flavors. As for people talking about tipping, if you don't want to tipjust say no. I like being asked because I usually say yes. They are quick, efficient and friendly. And they come outside in therain/cold. Why wouldn't I tip one or two dollars on my order? It's still cheaper than Starbucks. The few times I haven't beenasked I've been disappointed because I don't want to be like "Hey! The last time we went our drinks were good and flavorful. We stopped going here for awhile because a couple different times our... drinks had no flavor and tasted watered down. Even asked for more flavor and paid extra, but the drinks were still not good. Theonly part I don't really care for is feeling like you have to leave a tip. I don't mind leaving tips and I do when we go but Idon't like feeling obligated to have to leave one, especially if the drinks were not good. My advice is to please not ask toleave a tip, have the customer ask to leave one. Also keep making your drinks more flavorful, we will definitely return formore, we live right by this Dutch Bros :) Read more
I'm not sure what all the hype is about this place. I've had two different beverages from here and they both were overly sweet... and bland. The employees are super friendly and attentive though. (Initially rated 2 stars) **Update** They have amazingcustomer service and will remake the drink if you are unsatisfied. I was unaware of this!
