I ordered Door dash at 11:30 and got me and my mom two sasuge burrito combos and an ice coffee to trinket with No ice. However... when I got my meal there was No Sasuge on either one of the burrito and the coffees where filled with ice we also never got ourhashbrowns. So I complain nicely and they only gave me an $8 refun this is unacceptable since our whole order was wrong I shouldhave gotten a full Refund don't go here its trouble service. This was one of the worst fast food experiences to date. I ordered two root beers and they have me two diet cokes. The fries and... tacos I ordered were cold, soggy, and overall disgusting. I let my wife try one of the fries and she gagged and spit it out. Iordered buttermilk ranch on my burgers and they put in two packages of I instead. Usually I would say it was fine if they werebusy but we were the only customers there, and now I know why. Definitely will be avoiding this location if that's the qualityI'm to expect. Read more
Pulled up at 11:50, tried to order 3 hamburger. We were told we had to order on line for curbside pickup. We pulled to the side,... downloaded app. Placed order. Waited the 7 minutes it said. Meanwhile, a car pulled up, placed there order and pulled up to thewindow. I watched the exchange of cash. At that point I got out of car and asked the man if he placed his order, he was SUPERCONFUSED and said yes. We pulled up after him to pick up our food...20 minutes later after we ordered. We asked why we had toorder on line when the man after us didn't. She said they were on break. ALL OF THEM. We asked who the Manager was, it was her.She refused to give us her name or our receipt. Just closed the window and walked away. I hate to sum up my experience in apolitical way. The truth is...I'm white. The two people working were black...the man who pulled up and got is order (whom Italked to) is black. JACK IN THE BOX IS RACIST. If you want to fix the problem.DONT BE THE PROBLEM. Read more
