So the manager that works here witch is apparently the owner as well hung up the phone one me refused to apologize. I don't know... how people like this are even given an opportunity to work at places that involves dealing with customers. Ordered online, food arrived well after the estimated time frame window provided. Delivery driver told me not to order again and... only pick up because it?s out of the distance that they deliver. Then the stickers to show the food was sealed in the store wereripped open. Read more
Pathetic customer service, rude behavior and discriminating remarks from Arshad (Store Manager) about Punjabis always asking for... discount. I was present with my friend Ali who had to go through this trauma and insulting behavior as a paid customer. Alwaysthought PizzaHut had high standard of customer satisfaction but apparently not at this location. Read more
