Stopped by on Sunday 8/21 with my wife, we ordered a hamburger for each of us and a order of jalitos for each of us with medium... drinks, it cost 33 dollars and some change to come out cold and barely cooked after waiting for nearly 20 minutes. The cheese onthe burgers wasn?t melted or even straight on them, just gobbed on and the patties on my burger were half cooked like they wereonly half way on the grill. The cook had a terrible attitude and you could tell he didn?t want to be there and the place wasseverely understaffed. We won?t be back since I don?t care to pay over 30 dollars for two cold hamburgers that were sloppedtogether! Read more
We wanted to give this location another try after multiple bad experiences but it seems like nothing has changed. At first our... experience was average, we had a large order and everything was going good, but when we arrived home to distribute our meals werealized we were missing a meal. I went back and asked if I could get my burger and fries I was missing, but the manager snappedback saying "I counted 6 burgers, you have everything." we had only ordered 5 and received 4 but manager was still confidentthat we received "all 6." Overall manager was unnecessarily rude about it and ruined the experience. I do not recommend thislocation. Read more
The Steak Country Basket was okay. Regular bread instead of Texas toast, smaller portion of french fries than a regular order... would be. Manager had to tell employees to get up from a dining room table they were all sitting at to wait on us! Read more
