Original review: 7/22/22 I ordered through grubhub and it took over an hour to arrive and the order was wrong. The major issue... was that we found two pieces of plastic in my wife's meat plate. I've taken pictures of it and plan on reaching out to the storeagain since I called right at nine pm and they was closed and didn't answer the phone then. I intend on sharing my experiencewith everyone I can as this is a highly unacceptable experience and a hazard. Update: 9/8/22 Social media team reached out tome and told me to email them. They have yet to resolve the issue and when I emailed the OWNERS of this franchise they have yetto contact me and offer anything reasonable as a make good. (No, offering a free replacement meal when your last meal hasplastic in it is not considered a reasonable attempt at making things right.) I will update again if anything comes of this. Ifnot, assume that the store and it's owners do not care about food safety and will not address any food safety concerns if itarises. Read more

I am not sure how I feel about this place because I?ve had good experiences here in the past but recent efforts to actually eat... here have made me concerned. A good while ago I ordered a wonderful Thanksgiving meal from this location and I was highlyimpressed, I don?t go here regularly but sometimes I come by as a treat. Unfortunately the last several times I?ve tried to dinein or takeout at the location there?s been a weird sense with the employees that work there that I?m not welcome. Most recently,I tried to find out about a deal posted from the email for pulled pork and the employees tried to wave it off saying they don?thave any deals on pulled pork and stated that everything they sell starts at ?$12 or more?. I was befuddled and almost felt likelaughing because this seems like the exact opposite of what an employee should do. You want to offer options to the customer andemphasize the value and that it doesn?t cost that much. Maybe the employees don?t like the restaurant? That?s weird. I went backto my car and browsed the online app and found exactly the deal I was looking for after some digging and saw that it was offeredby this location for about the price I expected so perhaps the employees were just poorly informed or something of that sort. Idon?t know it seemed like there was a lot of issues at the location. I?m willing to give it the benefit of the doubt but it?sdisappointing when I walk into a place and the people who work there aren?t interested in selling their food. Palmdale location went under, this location is next. Dickey's Lancaster is falling into a sad state of disrepair from their... tables to their physical signage to their digital signage. Such disrepair makes you question their equipment; our food was COLDand only mediocre. This location is an extreme displeasure to deliver Uber Eats from and it's ghost-kitchens are worse, there isa reason you will pay premium ???????????? for Dickey's delivery, as a wait-time is a 100% guarantee. All staff areinexperienced and easily overwhelmed, their turnover rate of employees is atrocious. The menu is far, far, too large forcingstaff to always stock the line with ingredients that will only be wasted or not have them at all. Staff cannot possibly beproperly trained on all items available at all times of day! They are often out of essential items, when I came in they hadmaybe a days worth of firewood/pellets (their most essential item!). Read more

We are new to the area and decided to tried this location. By far the worst for several reasons. The food taste is 3/5 brisket... had no bbq sauce and it was still cold. No waffle fries available. Baked beans are more like typical beans. All the fountaindrinks tasted flat, no Ice available. Utensils provided per request. Unorganized staff. Too much menu options that isoverwhelming to choose something. Although the staff was friendly they were also unprofessional. One kept saying she was tiredand pregnant and I?m assuming that?s the reason of her poor work ethics. Spend $60 and this place was not worth it. Read more
