Had to come to this establishment due to no other being opened around the area @ 10:50 pm. The cashier had an attitude with the... customer prior and gave my bf attitude as well. When one is traveling from Washington and provided with such quality whenstarving is completely unacceptable. Why these adults work at such a low level occupation at their age makes total sense. While the food was good service was not! The waitress came to our table 3 times. 1st when she introduced herself and took our... drink order (which someone else delivered). 2nd when she took our food order. 3rd was when she delivered our food. We did notget any stirrers for our coffee we used straws and we had to ask for those. There was NO coming to the table asking "how iseverything?" or "do you need anything". We waited for someone to come and no one did. I even got up and asked another waitressfor our bill and to-go bag. She didn't even help. Honestly we were ignored to the point that we could've walked out withoutpaying and still wouldn't have been noticed. We were almost successful until I decided to complain to the, whom I'm assuming isthe manager, of what transpired. His offer was if we went back to our table he would bring us to-go plates. I tried that,unacceptable. The worst part about it is that we didn't even get an apology for the bad service. I like IHOP but after myexperience I will never visit this particular one again! Very friendly staff. Our waitress was nice but didn't handle our food issues well. My husband's omelet had obviously been... sitting under the heat lamp for a while and wasn't hot. My son's cheese on his grilled cheese wasn't melted and my poached eggswere over cooked. They remade my husband's food which took a while and took care of my son's food however when she finallybrought my eggs the rest of my food was cold. She was gone so long I thought she went on break. My food came back at differenttimes and I lost my appetite and told her I didn't want it. Meanwhile our iced tea glasses remained empty. She was nice but Ifelt not very competent on this day. The general manager came by and we explained the situation. He took VERY GOOD CARE of us!!He filled our drinks sat and talked to us. We ended up having a nice conversation. And he sent us home with food. We have alwaysloved IHOP and never had a problem but Frank the gm made sure we left happy. Read more

Whoever thought it was a bright idea to have one girl do all the waitressing and cashiering on a Saturday afternoon should have... their ability to do a work schedule examined. Not only was that girl over worked, there was no way she could keep up, it tookforever to get drinks, and our order taken, and it took even longer to get our food, I got my pancakes and them my hash browns10 later and still no omelet and my daughter was give a burger instead of a chicken sandwich.
