Additional Information
This location just opened another drive thru line not to long ago but it did absolutely nothing to speed up the process. Gas is... ridiculously high so I find myself turning on and off my car in the line for a good 20 to 30 minutes every time before I'm outof there. On top of that you must keep your doors locked at all times. The Homeless look like something out of the Walking Dead??????? and they are relentless. Your best bet is to lock the doors, turn up the music and do not make eye contact with themwhatsoever !! Read more
The cashier was not the most personable they could have been, the soda machine soda was mostly out and the one that had syrup... was flat. They need to clean the store. It was not the McDonald's that I will go to again. Read more
I asked a manager this morning to verify the food and drink with me; that everything was in the bag and he would not do it! He... just said i promise it is in there. Which mean nothing to me! I told him i been having trouble with Mc Donald's orders thatthey are all missing drinks. Their employees will look straight into my eyes and tell me the drinks are in the bag when theyare Not in the bag! When i verify with the customer at drop off destination. 3 stars instead of 2 only because of their speed of service SOMETIMES. Its always a hit or miss here, they can get your order... correct but take FOREVER to have it ready OR they'll not hear you correctly, have too much pride to simply ask you to repeatyourself and just assume what you said and have this order ready super fast just to have you become let down, ask them tocorrect it and now have to for what felt like forever for the correct meal to be made and ready. No language barrier, or highcustomer traffic stress, just a bunch of employees that hate the job they applied for. Read more
