this place is pretty clean and I feel safe bringing my service dog inside here. the floors are free from sharp and suspicious... objects that could injure a dog's paws. the staff are respectful of her. the aisles are somewhat small, but there's still enoughroom to move around with a mobility aid and this place is never too crowded. There?s always one cashier that has been horrible. I never give bad reviews anywhere but I happen to have her today. She knows... who she is and I am sure she gets all the ?horrible? customers. It may seem that way due to how she often treats people. If Iwere the store manager I would consider some 360 performance evals that also use coworkers private feedback of one another sothey can weed her out. I would also recommend not having registers open so close together. The two that are often open side byside do not provide enough room for social/physical distancing to be compliant by the state during this public health crisis. Ipolitely stood back and waited as the other customer completed their transaction, when he did I stepped up. She told me to comeup while he was still there. I stated that ?I will wait, thank you?. When I did come up she was rude. She was rude before thepandemic and even more nasty and I considerate now. There was much more to the interaction, and I am open to contact from thecompany about it. If this location weren?t so close, clean, and convenient I would just stop coming. Those things are what gotthe 2 stars. This is one of the best convince stores around. They have a great selection of common household products and sundries. They also... have some fantastic self serve food. Like hotdogs and pizza. Cumberland also has the best coffee in New England. This locationis also a gas station. Read more
