Based only on our visit from Monday night sept 5th, 2022; 1. The bottom layer of our nachos were all broken up small pieces of... tortilla chips. 2. Our large cheese pizza barely had any sauce on it compared to the last time a few weeks ago and previoustimes. 3. Large cheese pizza was dark brown on the crust... very much so over cooked. 4. My husband went in to get our foodafter the site/app said it was ready...it was not ready for another 15 minutes. This was already the extended time it was saidthat it would be ready by(7:11pm). 5. I asked for the sweet potato fries to be crispy, but not hard. They were even softer thanusual.. 6. My husband said it was all kids inside working and they were arguing over dumb stuff about breaks etc. 7. In the hror more we waited in the parking lot at least 3 or 4 other people came out mad without food and repeatedly went in then outagain before finally getting their food. Again...this is NOT the normal service and quality of food we usually get at LancasterHouse of Pizza. Read more

If you are visiting the area this is not a quick meal! Worst experience ever! We are visiting from out of state and ordered for... pickup at about 630. I got a text saying they were busy so it would be ready around 7-7:15. My husband drove over to pick it up.It obviously wasnt ready and every so often he would check on the order and they said "your slip got lost, it will be about10-15 more minutes" multiple times. My husband asked to use the phone at some point because we don't get cell service in thearea (and at this point he was right in assuming I thought he and my teenager were dead somewhere) and was told he could not. At some point he asked to speak to the manager (completely out of character for him) and is pretty sure they sent out the grillcook to say "Sorry your slip got lost" again. The order was finally ready at about 8pm. My kids food was warm, but our calzonewas cold. I spent $50 for disappointment. Read more

We called and ordered a pizza and a salad. While I was placing my order, the worker in the background was on the phone rudely... refusing a refund to an annoyed customer. I should have just ended the call then. They said 40 minutes. At the 45 minute markI called and asked if they could add plates and silverware to my order if they hadn’t left yet. They assured me that thedriver was returning and we were next for delivery and that they’d add plates/utensils. After 1 hour 45 minutes I called andthey said that the driver was in route and they verified that he had plates/utensils. Over two hours later, the delivery manarrived with cold food, no plates, no utensils, napkins. We ate the cold food with our fingers in our hotel room. The 50 centslices of frozen pizza that I used to buy from the public pool when I was ten were better. We tipped the driver well but ourorder wasn’t able to be compensated or discounted because we paid cash. Read more

I don’t ever review places. It’s sad they have good food. I ordered food, sitting in my car since 5:30. My husbands been... waiting inside for 50 minutes and still no food. I already paid. They didn’t know what my order was. I will not be buying hereagain. I have been a customer for like 13 years. Tonight’s my last. Read more

Amazing food. Was a little bit of a wait but they were working so hard. Great gluten free pizza. Definitely a must try.
