I hate giving negative reviews :(... But apparently the policy if you place an order and cancel it, is you still have to pay for... it. I ordered something and was not going to be able to pick it up. So I called, and the sweet girl on the phone confirmed mycancellation. (the staff there is wonderful!) The charge in my account went from pending to complete. And stayed that way. On adifferent order, my six year old son requested salt and pepper on his food twice. So not much flavor. I'm sorry for the badreview and still appreciate all of your hard work Pizza Crossing!
