Pretty darn good BBQ. Hard to find good BBQ in this area, but these guys nailed it. I particularly enjoy the brisket. Plenty of... spice and smoke flavor. Plenty of fat too. The other meats are good but brisket is their best in my opinion. Not crazy aboutside dishes.... they're ok but not great. Probably the best beef brisket I?ve had in Lancaster. Portion was huge! Staff is very friendly, the owner served us I believe... and was very nice. Samples were provided which was really cool. A great smoke ring on the brisket, flavor was outstanding and itwas super tender. The interior is no frills which is fine and expected. The price is competitive with other bbq joints. Thetwo things I would have liked to see would be a combo meal and a sweeter sauce option (maple something with honey or maple). I?m actually looking forward to going again and bringing my wife. Friend of mine told me about this place, so I tried it out, instantly fell in love with the brisket and ribs. The pork is... fantastic too, I just prefer my ribs and brisket.
