I love the lemon pound cake, it always so moist. This location is better than others because they always get your order perfect!

I was harassed using the bathroom constantly for more than 5 minutes every time i come in. They are seriously prodigious against... homeless people. Even when I buy a product that only buys me an hour of stay time when all I want is to stay out of the coldtill appointment times Read more

This Starbucks has become untenable with the constant onslaught of street people who are brazen and bringing with them dirty... backpacks and clothing. They use the bathrooms for bathing and drug usage and possible sales. Paying customers have limited orno seating since some sleep on the sofas. My party had to change seats bc we were supposedly occupying the table and chairswhere these types wanted to sit. They barged in on us ostensibly to charge their phones where we were already sitting. Therights of paying customers are now being infringed upon and restricted to please the non-buying rabble. The national liberalStarbucks policy is not working at this location. It?s gotten out of hand. Read more

What a superb Starbucks location! Very friendly staff. Hospitable and well versed. Very nice tables and bay windows. No public... restrooms without service but they provided the password pin as soon as we asked for it. Well managed coffee stop! Read more

I'm a Starbucks Partner. This is a downtown location. I'm giving this store a low rating because a troubling percentage of our... store's traffic is unhoused people. We are required to allow them to use our bathrooms, request endless cups of water, and sitin our lobby area. I worked at two different Starbucks locations previously, and this policy was never an issue at those stores. However, at this location, it is. While I appreciate Starbucks' underlying commitment not to discriminate, the tangible effectof allowing unhoused people to use this locations' bathrooms and lobby area is counterproductive to sales and quality ofservice, for several reasons. 1) Unhoused people are at higher risk of exposure to diseases, and a significant percentage ofthem are unhoused due to mental health issues. That isn't stereotyping or discrimination: Those are facts that anyone can easilyaccess. Because of this, I (and many of my fellow partners) feel that our risk of exposure to disease is higher, especially inthe era of COVID and monkeypox, because we are required to allow them to use our restrooms and sit in our lobby all day eventhough they are not paying customers. 2) We also are frequently made to feel vulnerable interacting with them, because many ofthem have mental health issues. There have been numerous incidents of verbal assault and theft that have made partners andpatrons feel unsafe; and have required us to call the police or ask unhoused individuals to leave. 3) Unhoused people frequentlyuse our restrooms to do drugs or "shower" at our sinks, leaving dirty and discarded underwear and socks in the restroom. Therehave also been frequent incidents of incontinence because of the health issues that they face. We do not get paid enough, norshould it be a part of our job as baristas, to routinely come into near contact with biohazardous waste and drug needles. 4) Ihave never visited any other cafe in my life where unhoused individuals who are noticeably unclean, exhi Read more
