Can?t say enough about how great Taylor Chip Cookie Co is! We recently received a cookie cake as a gift from our niece.... Unfortunately the cake was destroyed during the delivery process????. I contacted them via email and immediately received aresponse apologizing for the unfortunate situation. I asked if we could receive a dozen cookies instead because I thought theshipping might be better and was anxious to try a lot of the wonderful flavors. Without quibbling they promptly took our neworder and even covered difference in price!! Cookies arrived today and wow are they delicious ???? Even after reheating for 3-5x longer than indicated on package,... some cookies (s'more in particular) have the consistency of paste and just fall apart into a pile of mush. Seems the longer youcook them, the more raw and mushy they become. They taste pretty good, but if they are going to be mostly raw, then they shouldinclude cooking instructions to finish baking.
