I placed an online order, and they closed early. I called multiple times the last couple days and no answer. I go to the store,... and they said they can't issue online refunds. I called guest services, and they say I have to go thru Google. I call Google,and they said because they mashed the order as complete and accepted the payment I have to get my refund thru them, and sent anemail stating this. On 8/12/2022 Thank you for sending the 8-$10.00 vouchers. However, the manager/owner of that Dickey's is VERY RUDE!!! He refused... to accept the vouchers after I had made an order. I would not recommend that Dickey's at 1600 North Interstate 35, Lancaster, TX75241 to anyone. I WAS a regular customer at that store before they relocated. The owner/manager is hateful. The cashier wastrying to tell him of a previous transaction from another customer concerning the vouchers, but to no avail. The owner/managerlooked at me and rudely said to me, "I DON'T TAKE THESE VOUCHERS!!!" I then asked him his name, and he said, "THEY KNOW I DON'TTAKE THESE VOUCHERS."
