Clearly management here cares more about meeting a dollar goal than a satisfied customer goal. Waited 2 hours for a delivery... drove to the store and employee informed me that Doordash had just picked up my order. Which is strange because I didn't useDoordash. We ordered from the PapaJohns website. Doordash driver told me if they don't have delivery drivers they justautomatically route it to Doordash. There were at least 8 other orders stacked up under their heat lamp and all the employeeswere standing around with nothing to do. The pizzas were very well made and had clearly been made promptly by the storeemployees. Unfortunately since the management chose a poor method of delivery service they were cold. There was no hot deliciouspizza to be had after waiting 2 hours. Then the store manager chose to never answer the phone for the rest of the evening.Needless to say I'll never be using this Pizza place again. Read more
Had to order thru the window...the KIDS working were on the floor making boxes yes pizza boxes on the floor. Got off floor,got... my pizza, n back to floor. No gloves cook checking cell phone..uuuggghg so unsanitary all kids on staff. But this is how mypizza was sent home wit me! Read more
The worst customer service experience I've ever had. I had a cheese pizza for delivery at 5:30 PM. At 6:20 PM I still did not... have my pizza. I called to ask what was going on and the lady said, if I want my pizza I need to come pick it up. The managersaid they did not have any delivery drivers. I was told my pizza would still be hot when I picked it up. Not only did I have tocome pick my pizza up an hour after it was supposed to be delivered, but it was cold. And no one told me my pizza wasn't nevergoing to get delivered. I have never been so disappointed in the service for a cheese pizza. Read more
