This Place sucks worst customer service experience, ordered 8ct wings and driver forgot to grab them, I understand mistakes... happen but after calling this store lady puts you on hold for over 30 minutes. After finally getting someone on the phone theysaid they would re dispatch the driver, after 40 mins we called back and were placed on hold for another 30 mins and told ladywe didn't wanna hold since we never received our 8ct wings and she completely ignored. I ordered delivery it took over an hour to receive the food. I try calling pizza hut multiple times on one answered the phone.... By the time I received the food it was cold. Not happy that I spent my hard earned money to get cold food for my kids. Read more
I never got my pizza. Door dash delivered it to the wrong house as they didn't put the pizza into my hands but left on someone... else's porch. I am extremely displeased with the service I experienced and have not gotten my money back. This place is a joke and I will be reporting them to the health department, these folk went from taking money to straight... preparing food, no hair nets and rubbing cooler doors and never washed their hands and the girl had crocks of some sort on herfeet no gloves, no one had on safety shoes. Where do I began? First off I'm about to go all Karen out right now! The food was cold, there was no sauce on the pizza, they... forgot my wings and no sauce on my pasta. The female at the store location kept putting me on hold. She did not let me speak oneword and kept clicking me on hold. I called her ten times and even had my husband call her and she did the exact same thing tohim. An hour later they dispatched my wings and t delivery diver disclosed that she don?t know how to do her job and she doesn?tcare to assist customers. He also informed me that the she gave the manager a hard time because she refused to do her minimumwage job. I don?t recommend this location because you will not get your calls or money refund assistance.
