This location is effing horrible. Very cold air causing your food to get cold fast. Very rude management unconcerned about the... request of customers. No waiting area/chairs put up so you can?t wait. Bar area and indie seats shut down so no immediate placesto be served. Everyone?s attitude complete in the dumps. The vibe is like the employees are being controlled and can?t evensmile. The Lancaster location used to be so much better than this. It seems they are turning away business rather than usheringthem in. I will never visit this location again and I live near it. Read more

I've been to Waffle Houses literally all over the country, and this particular one is by far the best one I've ever been to. We... went on a Thursday evening, shortly before they stopped serving indoor guests, but they were still serving drive thru customers.
