Refreshingly friendly and polite staff! It?s worth a visit to this location just to get a break from the rude and disrespectful... customer service experience that has increasingly become the norm in the food service industry. Ever since Covid began, itseems employees don?t really want to work and usually seem to be more eager to return to their phones than to engage withcustomers. I was greatly impressed when I visited Planet Smoothie and the boys behind the counter (Owen and Sawyer) went out oftheir way to be polite, courteous, patient, and helpful to everyone in the shop. They both demonstrated a respect for thecustomers and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service that is so rare these days. This tells me that managementis doing something good here! This place makes the best smoothies! Guess that?s why they say it?s the best smoothie on the planet. They also happen to be... really nice and all three flavors were delicious.
