literally sat in the drive through for like 10-20 minutes WITH OUR FOOD SITTING THERE ON THE COUNTER BEHIND THE WINDOW while... several people were cleaning or restocking. there was nobody else in the drive through and probably not many people inside. andthen he didn't even give us a straw with our drink.
